The MIG 27 Upgrade Programme with DARE was selected as the successful project for the year 2008-2009 by DRDO. The project was ably lead by the Project Director Mr P M Soundara Rajan with director DARE - Mr U K Revankar. ComAvia is proud to have been associated with this programme.
